The event is using GCS's Visitor Travel Carbon Calculator again to measure emissions associated with attendee travel, one of the largest sources of carbon emissions for most events. In addition, GCS is helping calculate the overall carbon footprint of the event, providing valuable insights that can be used to identify opportunities for reduction, track progress and inform future sustainability initiatives.
